You are viewing this batch of around 5 tonnes of these wonderful original blue grey Welsh random slates that have been reclaimed from barns in our local area. This type of slate is almost identical to Swithland random roofing slate and we have supplied a number of roofs down to Devon and Cornwall. We normally keep around 5 tonnes in stock, but we can usually source more if you have a bigger project.
These slates start at around 8 to 10 inches long up to around 18 inches long and as they are random slates they vary in widths. We work on around 10 to 12m² of coverage per tonne but that will depend on the thickness and average size of the slates, so please take this as a guide only.
The listed price is per tonne collected from our yard, but we can arrange delivery via pallet courier or our own transport.
These slates and other items can be viewed in our 3 acre reclamation yard based in Shropshire, during normal working hours.
