You are viewing a very fine example of a Victorian era antique terracotta rhubarb forcer that we have in our stock.
This was produced in circa 1871 by John Matthews Royal Pottery, which was based in Weston-Super-Mare. His stamp can be seen in one of the images.
This rhubarb forcer measures 14½ inches high and 15 inches across the base, the opening at the top measures 6 inches.
The listed price is for the rhubarb forcer collected from our yard, but we can arrange delivery via pallet courier or our own transport.
This forcer and other items can be viewed in our 3 acre reclamation yard based in Shropshire, during normal working hours.
