You are viewing a nice pair of reclaimed salt glazed animal feeding troughs / planters. These have been reclaimed from a property local to us.
These pair of feeding troughs were made probably around 1930 – 1950, not too far away from us at Salopian Engineers, which were based in Prees, Shropshire.
They would now make fantastic planters or herb gardens, and they have the benefit of already having drainage holes.
They measure – 36 inches long x 24 inches wide & 8 inches high at the rear.
As you can see from the images, they have wear and tear commensurate with being used on a farm, with one having a hairline crack in it, which is shown in one of the pictures.
The listed price is for the pair of feeder / planters collected from our yard. We can also arrange delivery via our own transport or pallet courier.
This batch can be viewed in our 3 acre reclamation yard based in Shropshire, during normal working hours.
