You are viewing the Glendyne Canadian Natural grey / blue Slate 508mm x 254mm that we now stock in our yard.
This Canadian slate is quarried in the Glendyne mountains hence where it gets its name from. They only come in first grade quality and with a 75 year guarantee.
Glendyne slate is 98% identical to Welsh slate and is a great alternative to a Ffestiniog slate for example, at a significantly lower price point and is also Snowdonia National Park approved.
They require minimum sorting and grading and are all around the 5 – 6mm thickness range with a vertical grain and smooth finish.
This Glendyne slate is A1-S1-T1 approved, and is unaffected by oxidizing metallic inclusions, clay carbonates or weaker seams.
The listed price is for 100 slates from our yard, but we can arrange delivery via pallet courier or our own transport.
We can arrange to deliver 100 slates anywhere in England & Wales as per the cost on this listing. If not too far from our yard, please contact our office as we can deliver on one of our vehicles. For deliveries to Scotland, NI & ROI also please get in touch with our sales office for quotations.
